All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before production and shipment. Once an order has entered processing or production, changes or modifications may no longer be possible.
Section 3 – Shipping and Delivery
After production is completed, your order will be shipped to the provided address using trusted logistics partners. Estimated shipping time: 7–10 business days Total estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days (including processing and shipping) Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to: customs clearance procedures international transportation delays local courier delays peak seasons or holidays unforeseen logistics disruptions Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Shipping costs and final delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
Section 4 – Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered processing, production, or shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests depend on the order status at the time of the request.
