Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Conditions for Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the processing, production, or shipping stage. Once an order has been processed, entered production, or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

1.2 Cancellation Request Time

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order so we can check the order status. Cancellation requests are handled based on the order status at the time of the request.

1.3 Cancellation Outcome

If the order has not yet been processed, we will review the cancellation request and process it accordingly. If the order has already entered processing, production, or shipping, the cancellation request may be declined.
